Ready to Join?

Please first click Register Here, (also on the homepage) and fill out the jotform with your basic information so that our chapter president can contact you with more information.

Then, attend a rehearsal or two and speak to the Musical Director about eligibility and a brief entrance interview, just to get to know each singer.  When you're excited and ready to officially join us, there are some additional steps to follow, just to get you started.

Everyone who belongs to a chapter of Harmony, Inc. such as Blooming Harmony, must also be a member of Harmony, Inc.  Harmony, Inc. is a non-profit international organization of women who enjoy singing harmony in what is known as the “barbershop style.”  Harmony, Inc. has many chapters throughout the US and Canada, and is organized into geographic Areas (Massachusetts is in Area 2). 

So, next please go to www.harmonyinc.org where you can learn more about our umbrella organization and register as a new member of Harmony, Inc.  At the top of the page, you'll find a Membership tab, and when you open the Membership page, there will be a link to Join as an Associate Member.  Once you fill out all the information for your singer, they will be identified as a Youth Member.  Pay your Harmony dues, Area 2 dues, and new member fee.  If you're joining in Jan 2026, the total for youth members in Area 2 should come to $75, which is good through March 2027.  (*It is  possible that Harmony Inc. dues may be changed at some point.)

Blooming Harmony will add your singer to our roster as a chapter member.  From that point on, you'll only be responsible for your monthly chapter dues to Blooming Harmony, which will be $15 per month.  As long as you want to keep singing with us, we'll renew your annual Harmony, Inc membership for you.
